Perfect Patterns is capable of deep hole drilling and gun drilling holes more than 60″ wide in hardened tool steels. Applications for deep hole and gun drilling include water-cooling lines in molds, oil lines in die cast dies, ejector and vent pin holes in tools, and shaft holes through large castings and billet material.
