In addition to our well-known pattern shop, Perfect Patterns can machine your castings on our state-of-the-art 4-axis machining centers and high-speed lathes. Our 40hp mills coupled with its pallet changing system ensures castings can be machined and on their way to customers in industry-leading time
Fixtures
For both in- and out-of-house applications, our fixtures can fit your unique needs. From plastic fixtures for core assembly and gluing, to steel fixtures with pneumatic and/or hydraulic clamping devices for CNC machining, we can design and create to your specification.
